  • Insect repellant with Deet (*Important, there are biting flies near the river)

  • Capaline/Polypro top and bottom
  • Socks – At least 4 pair
  • Sun Hat/visor

  • Hygiene/toiletry kit – Small
  • First Aid Items – Small. We provide a larger kit for the group
